TOO LITTLE WATER

97.5% of the earth's water is saltwater. If you put all the water in the world into a bucket, only 1 teaspoon would be drinkable. Much of this remainder is being mismanaged and not getting to people who need it. To boot, existing supplies are drying up.

TOO MANY PEOPLE

The global population keeps growing. Today 1 in 8 people do not have access to clean, safe water. If we don't act now, in less than 20 years, this will grow to
1 in 4 people.

TOO LITTLE BEING DONE ABOUT IT

The issue is sneaking up on us! Most US citizens are accustomed to having clean, safe water for drinking, hygiene, and sanitation. However, the water crisis is not only in developing nations, but also in our own backyard – from Appalachia to Connecticut to drought-stricken Texas.
